/corrections policy

How we handle factual corrections to guides, comparisons and directory listings.

Reporting an error

Operators, vendors and readers can report a factual error in a guide, comparison table, vendor profile or directory field. Please include:

  • The page URL
  • The specific statement you believe is incorrect
  • Supporting evidence such as a public pricing page, documentation link or contract detail

Send correction requests through our About page contact route. We review reports as promptly as practical.

What we will correct

Factual corrections include incorrect pricing figures where publicly verifiable, wrong integration claims, outdated product names, inaccurate availability statements, broken factual descriptions of features, and similar verifiable errors.

Where a correction is accepted, we update the relevant page. Material changes to guides should be reflected with an updated date on the article where that field is shown.

Editorial disagreement

We distinguish factual corrections from editorial disagreement. Reasonable differences of opinion about which product suits a particular operator, ranking order based on use case, or subjective assessments of ease of use are editorial judgements, not factual errors.

If you disagree with an editorial conclusion, you may still contact us with additional context. That feedback may inform a future review, but it does not automatically change a ranking.
